Excellent stay in Anne and Nicolas's house, exceptional environment for children, equestrian center and educational farm at the foot of the house. We’ve stayed in Matthieu’s place for almost a month. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. For the two of us and a dog it was a perfect size. Even bigger than it looks on photos. The place was clean and the sheets and towels can be changed regularly for clean ones. There is also shared washing machine in the building. It is possible to work remotely as the internet was quite fast. The large garden has lots of seating and even grill. The area was very nice, you can go kayaking on the nearby river or just walk or use rail bicycle on the old railway just behind the house. There is a airbnb for the groups in the neighbouring building but we didn’t find it disruptive and couldn’t really hear any noise inside. In general we were quite happy and can recommend.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

I booked Christine's house to celebrate a birthday with a few friends, some of whom were accompanied by their children. We had a great time in this exceptional natural environment and in this beautiful setting that Christine's house offers. We'll be happy to come back. The large exteriors are very pleasant, and the house offers large spaces, which allows everyone to have their own comfort zone. However, I was happy to have older children with me (over 6 years old) because otherwise, the amount of decorative and very tempting objects for young children to handle could have generated a little stress for me. I'll end by repeating that I was delighted with this rental as well as Christine's availability throughout the stay to answer my questions.

Our stay was the most charming and relaxing! We were able to enjoy the chimney fire and quiet mornings, the house is very well decorated and comfortable! Very warm welcome! The surroundings offer a large number of pretty villages, castles and walks.
