The apartment is located between the city centre and the train station, providing a quiet retreat amidst the bustle.Convenient transportation: the train station and bus station are within walking distance, the historic centre of Venice is only a 10-minute drive away, and the bus stop is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitiser are provided in our bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests report that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

It has a large garden with free parking space included and a pergola that in the summer months is shaded by a century-old vineyard; there is an original "Altalena Gialla" (Yellow Swing) that distinguishes the garden.
