The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests report that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

The holiday home "L'Altalena Gialla" is a cosy and bright 90 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (without a lift) of a recently restored historic house dating from 1924 in the centre of Marghera. It is located in a very convenient area for all services and transport from Marghera to Venice. It has a large garden with a free parking space included and a pergola that is shaded by a century-old vineyard in the summer months; there is an original "Altalena Gialla" (Yellow Swing) that makes the garden stand out.
