The apartment is located between the city centre and the train station, providing a quiet retreat amidst the bustle.Convenient transportation: the train station and bus station are within walking distance, the historic centre of Venice is only a 10-minute drive away, and the bus stop is only a 4-minute walk away.The surroundings of the apartment are fully equipped: bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, red wineries, pharmacies, etc.If taking the airport bus, get off at via corso del popolo station and walk 4 minutes to our apartment. Shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitiser are provided in our bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The property is approximately 80 square metres and has two air conditioners. There is heating in winter. Guests report that the accommodation experience is very comfortable!

Large apartment in Mestre, with personality and colors. A real place where you will feel at home :) A very quiet area, 20 minutes by tram from Venice and 10 minutes on foot from the center of Mestre. Free street parking. Easy arrival from the highway, station and airport (15 min by car). You'll find many ways to enjoy yourself in my colorful apartment. Shelves are full of books, you can listen to music or play it on guitar. Nearby pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarket. Real life in a real place.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
