It has a large garden with a free parking space included and a pergola that is shaded by a century-old vineyard in the summer months; there is an original "Altalena Gialla" (Yellow Swing) that makes the garden stand out.

The accommodation tax of €4 per person per night is to be paid on site in cash. It is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. The house is close to the bus stops and the train station. You can reach Venice in 15 minutes! There are paid and free parking lots (often available) on the street. On request: crib, child seat, stroller and bicycles.

"Marghera for you, 15 minutes from Venice's historic center," is a small apartment at guests' complete disposal. It has all the basic appliances such as a washing machine and an electric oven. It is located in a very quiet residential/working-class area that is convenient for transportation. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., is done in person.
