Monthly Rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Loved this location, check in easy peasy, restaurant beside the location was perfect. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING you’d need. stayed up late watching tv with partner, bathtub was perfect, bed area secluded and perfectly spaced, everything worked, check out 11 atm, everything perfect trust. we loved it

The ideal location for exploring Cagliari, in the heart of the action. Although you can’t park right outside because it’s a pedestrian area, we found spots just a few minutes away, it was so handy. Communication with Anna Maria was excellent, she was a brilliant host, ready to help out with anything we needed. The apartment itself was fab with loads of space, lovely and modern, perfect temperature and kitted out with everything we needed for our stay and more. Would really recommend staying here, it’s a great spot, don’t hesitate to book.

Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.
