Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metropolitan City of Messina

Ottima struttura, con tutti i comfort necessari, la consiglierei a tutte quelle persone che vogliono godersi Reggio Calabria, grazie a lui ho potuto assistere al giuramento dei carabinieri della mia futura moglie Una struttura davvero moderna e con tutto ciò che occorre all’interno, affaccia sul mare e si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione e dai principali ristoranti e negozi della via principale. Antonio é una persona squisita, sono arrivato in stazione che pioveva a dirotto e si é offerto di darmi un passaggio oltre che spiegarmi tutto quello che riguardasse la struttura. É una persona molto attenta ai dettagli e non si fa problemi ad accontentare i clienti che scelgono di soggiornare li. Non rimarrete delusi, é un bellissimo salotto curato, minimal e moderno, vi accoglierá una bravissima persona dal cuore d’oro, raro al giorno d’oggi. Grazie di tutto Antonio, é stata la mia prima volta dove pago e sono anche felice😂 viva il sud.

L'host è stato chiarissimo nella descrizione dei posti letto. Molto spaziosa per dormire in gruppo, ci sono due bagni, uno con doccia e asciugacapelli. Bellissima la terrazza con le lucine e la lunga tavolata con panchine. Temperatura interna ottima nonostante l'assenza di climatizzatori. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e gentilezza al momento del check-in, abbiamo lasciato le bevande a lui e le ha sistemate nel frigorifero non appena la casa si è liberata dagli ospiti precedenti, mentre noi eravamo già al mare :) Ottimi i consigli sui posti in cui mangiare!

We stayed in Chicca house for two nights and the views on display were the most breathtaking we saw for our entire trip. During the day you can see Mt Etna and at night the lights of Catania shine in the distance. Castelmola is a small but beautiful town and even when the fog rolled in it looked like something out of a dream. Chicca met us when we arrived to the apartment and even though there was a language barrier, she was very thorough in showing us where to park, giving a tour of the apartment, explaining the rules of staying in Castelmola and giving us great recommendations for both Castelmola and Taormina. I would highly recommend staying here, it is a locale I will remember for years to come.

What a fantastic stay! The views were spectacular and the outside space had lots of different areas and view points. An incredible place for star gazing! We enjoyed the feel of the villa - it was comfortable and had everything we needed - even a little welcome hamper. Antonio was a brilliant host… immediately responsive and a really pleasant chap. Nothing was too much trouble. He also arranged for our taxi ride back to the airport which was early morning! Thanks for having us :-)

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Federico. Ik zou zeker terugkomen om langer te blijven. Federico was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de accommodatie is prachtig en zeer goed onderhouden, de keuken zeer volledig. Een absolute aanrader!

We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights as a group of four adults and two children. The apartment was well furnished and appointed, with large bedrooms and tall ceilings. The view from the dining area and balcony is stunning, looking over the castle churches and harbour. Filippo met us at the apartment to show us around and show us where to park. The apartment is on the top floor but there is a lift. Near the apartment are bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops and more. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

This place is amazing. Perfectly located and with so much to do and see all within walking distance. The apartment being exactly as described. Sladjana was the nicest person ever. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
