On the ground floor, there is a large porch with shower area. All 4 bedrooms and the kitchen-living room are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The house can accommodate up to 10 people.

Liberty-style villa with historical and cultural significance, entirely designed and decorated by the Sicilian artist Sebastiano Pennisi, who dedicated five years of his life to decorating the property.
