Beautiful and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Colonia Hipodromo Condesa. There is wi-fi and fast internet. Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. Set in La Condesa, the apartment is just a stroll away from some of Mexico City's most vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and produce markets. The metro station Chilpancingo is a 10-minute walk away, a private taxi stand is 5 minutes away, as well as an Ecobici bicycle exchange station. In addition to 5 blocks you can take the TuriBus that offers tourists to know Mexico City in a practical way.

Incredible Loft in the best area of La Condesa. Opposite Parque España and steps away from Parque México. A strategic location in Mexico City for walking and eating delicious food. The apartment is bright and very cozy. It has two balconies, a comfortable living room and a dining room for 4, a bar with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a large TV to watch your series and movies. The kitchen is complete and has everything you need. The sunset is beautiful. You'll love this place!
