Reconnect with nature at this beautiful farm property. Peaceful quiet location on a country road but not far from a local coffee shop and restaurants. Very comfortable space with 2 queen beds in a large upstairs separated by a room divider. Upstairs also has an outside deck. Downstairs has two couches in the living room area and a lounger/rocker chair. Kitchen includes all necessities to cook. Large xtra/clean bathroom includes a nice shower and also a washer/dryer. Garage also available.

Mimi and Papa's Relax with your family in our warm and cozy home. It's in a safe and peaceful neighborhood where Mimi grew up. When requesting a booking please state the purpose of your visit, number of guests, and confirm that you have read and agree to the house rules. Our focus is on family. Due to several unsatisfactory experiences, we no longer accept bookings from contractors. We do our own cleaning, so same day bookings may be limited. We're not retired.....yet. Thank you!

The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the awesome front porch or enclosed back yard. One block off Tipp City's Main Street and a half-mile from Tipp's historic downtown shopping district. Note: we are close to a fire station, so you may hear occasional sirens.

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

Kid & Pup Friendly Home w/Fully Fenced Yard

This centrally located historic home is a true find. Guests enjoy the entire home plus a private, attached side yard — a rare bonus downtown. Just one block from Troy’s beloved storefronts, restaurants, and frequent local events, everything is within easy walking distance. Free street parking is available directly outside the home. The property is near the train tracks; while sound is minimal indoors, noise machines are provided for light sleepers.
