This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and magazine street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
