If you are ok with something close to everything, but not in the middle of anything, then rent this place. It is lovely, Deborah was lovely. It was comfortable, it was easy, it was great place to spend the weekend. To be clear we were not there to party and did not want to be in middle of the French quarter. So if you are, then maybe this is not the right place for you. But we were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, and for us it was perfect.

We had a great stay! The instructions were very clear and I appreciated all the safety measures. It was close enough to the French Quarter for a quick ride to and from. There was great communication and we enjoyed the space!

Beautiful and spacious home located in one of the safest areas in New Orleans. The home was very clean and back yard was nice and secluded.

We stayed for long weekend to celebrate a friends wedding and enjoyed jazz fest. The house is perfect for a large group. There’s plenty of wonderful restaurants and cafes in the area. The home is clean and comfortable. Already looking forward to our next visit

Dana’s space is in a great location (one of my favorite neighborhoods in New Orleans) and you feel right at home when you walk in. There are plenty of coffee shops within walking distance. It’s also a pet friendly neighborhood, there are plenty of people out walking their dogs. You can easily walk to Frenchman street - we had a great stay and will certainly stay again next time we visit.

Perfect spot for our large family: large rooms with tall ceilings, comfortable beds, large living and kitchen areas for gathering in, plus the porch with its comfortable chairs looking out at the tree canopy of the quiet street. Plenty of windows to let in the sunlight. We felt at home and we'd come back any time!

Kay's place was a great base for my Nola adventures! I arrived to find a clean, comfy, space that had everything I could need. Check in was a breeze and Kay was always responsive.

Great place! Very comfortable and the hosts were accommodating and responsive. We frequent New Orleans often and were in town for Jazz Fest this time, which is easily walkable from here. This is a fun little neighborhood to check out and we were glad for a reason to stay here!

The unit was great, clean and just what we needed. There’s a neighborhood market and a great little coffee spot just around the corner with great breakfast. The location was very close to public transportation and takes a quick 20-minute bus ride to get to the French Quarter and river tours. The hosts were very accommodating and graciously afforded us a last-minute late checkout. We will definitely book again when we return to NOLA. Thank you!

Amazing place & location. Loved this area and found lots of great food and people around. Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again. Brian was very flexible with check-in and I appreciate that, got to hit the ground running when I landed.

Gorgeous building and great apartment. Good size spaces and everything you need. Loved that it had an outside area too where we could sit out with a morning coffee. Nice quiet area with local cafes and shops. Convenient to get into central locations too.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

very cute place with a lot of NOLA charm which my wife who spent 10+ years in NOLA loved. Tim is very responsive and helped us by setting up a pack n play and a high chair for our little one before we even got there. the place is primely located near magazine street where there are tons of fun places

Its a wonderful, old, quirky space that has been updated and is totally functional and roomy. The location is perfect for access to the various neighborhoods in NOLA. Very close to good restaurants, short walk to the Quarter etc. The C unit is up three flights of stairs (which I missed in the pictures and description) which wasn't really a problem except we had one person in a "boot". Otherwise it was clean and safe, functional and historic. So all in all very nice.

We loved the location! Comfortable beds, safe building, well equipped space. Brad was very responsive and kind! We’d recommend!

We had a great stay! 4 couples were happy to all have private rooms and restrooms. Plenty of room to relax and hang out between adventures in NOLA. We had a crazy rain storm causing a leak in the condo, which they quickly responded to. Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and more! Would stay here again for sure! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Not sure about if someone rented the next door apartment, but we didn’t have to find out!

Centrally located in the Quarter AND quiet, what more could we ask for. A perfect location for a perfect getaway. We'd stay there 10 times out of 10 if possible.

Second time staying here in less than a year! This is always my first option! Very convenient location.

Our stay - 4 nights- was great all the way around. Hosts were very responsive and clear communicators. The place is very charming with exposed brick walls and beautiful local art throughout. Extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed playing New Orleans jazz vinyls on the turntable in the front room. Beds were very comfortable. Perfectly quiet- there was no noise from other units in the building. Brightly lit street outside and felt safe to walk in and out late at night. Central location made most of what we were doing easily walkable (French Quarter, Frenchmen St, etc.). Leaving was very easy, towels left on the floor and refrigerator clear, that was it. I highly recommend this place and can confidently say you will not be disappointed.

The luggage storage was awesome!! The building was quiet. Easy walk to Bourbon Street and meeting places for tours.
