The Brook Hut Nestled away in rural Mid Devon is our idyllic purpose-built shepherd's hut. The Hut itself was handcrafted by a local carpenter in Devon and has been with us for years up in the Highlands of Scotland, she made the trip down south in Jan 2022 and is ready to welcome visitors. ​ Fitted to a very high standard, our shepherd's hut is the perfect place to come and fully switch off and tune in with nature. The private garden and wooden hot tub make for a real sense of deep relaxation.

Ideal for a relaxing retreat in nature, cosy and warm. Next to the hut is a cabin containing kitchen facilities, shower, washbasin, and seperate compost loo. Space for additional tent or camper van. Lots to do nearby, such as Scorhill stone circle, Fernworthy resevoir, walks in stunning landscape.

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Hut with a View has been done to a high spec and comes with everything you need for a relaxing and special stay. Outside there is a wood-fired hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and seating area. Cassia is a bespoke Shepherds Hut, constructed August 2021. Situated on Stockland marshes perfect for walking and bird watching , a quiet retreat to get away from it all. The coast is five minutes drive away. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.
