Bedding & towels, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk will be waiting for you on your arrival There is a fridge, air fryer, microwave, & twin hotplates, with cooking utensils such as pans and plates, glasses, mugs & cutlery Free on street parking is available, with bus and rail links only a 5 minutes walk.

Fingle Farm

A delightful one bedroom chalet near to the picturesque village of Drewsteignton. The chalet is located within a small holding with the family home close by. The property is within close proximity to the A30 and within 16 miles of Exeter Airport. The self contained chalet comprises a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Wi-Fi. We do have a number of animals on the small holding, which are kept in a separate area. The chalet is popluar with walkers on the Two Moors Way close by.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Culmstock Shepherd's Hut

A quiet place, with basic washing facilities & camping toilet. Bathroom, with shower usually available between 8am - 8pm. We offer various amenities, including a barbecue & hammock. There is a small wood burning stove, a double bed and sofa/seating area, & a fridge in the hut. Tea/coffee available. Wifi is okay, but we cannot guarantee it will be available 24/7. Also, although we love children & dogs, it really is not suitable for them as it would be too cramped, perfect for 2 adults!

Beautifully Refurbished Country Lodge, West Green

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, West Green Lodge is a beautiful detached dwelling in the picturesque countryside. An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving gourmet food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths . The Lodge is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens. Amongst the trees, the cabin is in earshot of the seashore with views from inside and outside of the ever-changing tides and hills beyond. Porthole Log Cabin has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, complete with a roll top bath and a separate walk-in shower. Outside, the large elevated decking area has three separate seating areas to enjoy the ambience of the peaceful setting.

The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.
