Great for access to the many and varied attractions of Staffordshire and Shropshire, with a number of interesting and varied market towns nearby including Eccleshall, Newcastle under Lyme, Stone, Stafford & Market Drayton. Whilst only 10 mins from the M6, Jtn. 15 and just a little further to mainline rail services.

The three storey, self contained accommodation is a perfect base for investigating the surrounding area. Ideal for all year round breaks, get togethers, wedding accommodation -The Ashes Barn Wedding Venue, Dunwood Hall Estate Wedding Venue, sightseeing, walking in the Peak District or finding out the history of the Potteries.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.
