Going down the staircase, it leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. The cottage (34 m²) is attractively furnished and suitable for 2–4 people (sofa bed). The cottage has an outdoor seating area at the front.
