Our place is in the heart of Rosewood where you can walk or bike easily to the grocery store, several parks and bars/restaurants. Downtown Columbia and USC's campus are both less than 3 miles away.

The street is quiet, and the entrance and parking for the bungalow are behind a 6-foot fence, so it offers great security too.
