Outside, there is a cosy terrace with a firepit and a barbecue – in the evening, it’s great to sit outside for a chat, and during the day, you can simply enjoy the tranquillity. Birdsong Cottage - peaceful country retreat

The house lies at the foot of the Carpathian mountains, close to the Natura 2000 protected area. It has a quiet, natural setting at the edge of a small Transylvanian village. It is very comfortable for one or two adults, business travellers, and families (with young kids). For four to five adults it might be too cramped though. Around it is a big shared garden with a fruit-orchard and a small creek.

We invite you to visit our soul project: Birtok Houses. We have two tiny homes next to our small fish pond. Soul project, because we planned them and also built them. The cabin is equipped with all the appliances you need for your stay - fridge, micro, electric hob, water heater. Parking is, of course, free.
