The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Room, bathroom, kitchen camper with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Great opportunity to stay in a central, elegant and newly renovated apartment, where cleanliness, comfort and quality are a priority. Excellent communications, 9 minutes from downtown and 4 minutes from the restaurant and leisure area. Very quiet neighborhood. IMPORTANT!!!! Modern space to enjoy with good company, with all the amenities, salt pool, barbecue, large porch. Isolated but close to a supermarket with everything you need. It has no steps in the entire plot, not even to access the house. Well connected with sites near the Almagro theater, the Daimiel tables, Ruidera Lagoons, Castles. Newly built house with all amenities, air source heat pumps, appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine...)

You can visit the Convent of San José de las Carmelitas Descalzas (III Fundación de Santa Teresa), enjoy wonderful hiking trails and the best products in the area (cheeses, oil, Pinesa beans, wine...).
