Apartment Costa-Bella is located in a quiet part of Rijeka. It is located in a private house located on the sea with access to the beach and a promenade that stretches from Bivio to Preluk. Closed parking is provided to guests. The apartment is accessed via a 60m garden path that has about sixty steps. The apartment has 40 m2 and a covered terrace of 15 m2. Visit us and enjoy surrounded by greenery on a spacious terrace with the sound of the sea and views of the Opatija Riviera and the Kvarner islands.

All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

It is located in the center of Opatija and very close to the sea as well as all tourist attractions.There is a kitchen,toilet and a comfortable pull-out bed. Entrance door from the apartment is shared with the owner (we share the main hallway) but each apartment has a separate entrance.Considering that the window from the apartment is faicing to the staircase, there is not a lot of daylight, but the apartment has an exit to the yard which you can use.
