Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Het appartement met airconditioning heeft 2 balkons met uitzicht op zee, een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste open keuken met kookeiland, 2 slaapkamers waarvan een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een kamer met 2 losse 1-persoons bedden (maximaal 4 volwassenen & 1 kind tot 3 jaar) De gezellige boulevard met restaurantjes en het strand van Pythagorion is op enkel 2 minuten lopen!

The house consists of large, bright spaces with 2 bedrooms with balconies and windows with sieves. Both bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with a large closet to match. One spacious sitting room with a dining room along with the kitchen which is fully equipped. The house has a large balcony with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the Nautical Museum. There is also a large bathroom with all the comforts, with washing machine and dryer. And finally , the house is equipped with Netflix.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.
