Five minutes from the apartment there is Wilczy Wodospad. Come to recharge your batteries, immerse yourself in nature and discover the true charms of the Karkonosze Mountains!

Cozy apartment in a beautiful town

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

On the first floor of a tenement house built at the beginning of the last century. Placed on steps of Park and Spa Center, it's great location for those who wished for relaxation and walks in nature. Our “lemon band” was joined by author of fantasy and science fiction books Robert J. Szmidt. Our adventure with this author began with the “Apocalypse according to Mr. Jan,” but readers also know him from the Pola cycle of long-lost battles or the Rat of Wrocław. The Rats of Wrocław , Robert J. Szmidt was invited to participate in the Metro 2033 project, a universe created by various authors around the world created by Dmytr Glukhovski.
