Welcome to Łąkowa Zdrój – an oasis of peace and nature! Our rustic-style apartments are located in a charming 200-year-old barn. Not only a comfortable rest surrounded by greenery awaits you here. The barn, surrounded by a forest and a pond, has a place for a bonfire and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the atmosphere by the fire in the evening. Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Komfortowa willa o powierzchni 450m2 z prywatnym ogrodem. Sporthaus jest idealnym miejscem dla osób aktywnych sportowo jak również dla rodzin i grupy przyjaciół szukających miejsca wypoczynku. Sąsiedztwo Karkonoskiego Parku Narodowego oraz terenów narciarskich w Karpaczu i Szklarskiej Porębie daje ogromne możliwości aktywnego wypoczynku. Duża powierzchnia oraz prywatny ogród 5000m2 zapewniają komfort i prywatność. Lokalizacja blisko szlaków pozwala na wędrówki górskie prosto z domu.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

Built with natural local materials, it’s perfect for solo adventurers or couples seeking quiet for reading, writing, meditation, painting, biking or long forest walks, plus refreshing swims by the waterfall. Guests can also enjoy a private hot tub and sauna corner at a fair and worthwhile price.

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage.
