Traditional weaver's Cottage from 1818 built around the remnants of a medieval house, parts of which still survive. Traditional renovation using clay, straw and wood. Cottage is situated in the Land of Extinct Volcanos, an area of outstanding landscapes unique to Poland. Good views of the volcano (Ostrzyca/Spitzberg 501m) from the house the summit of which can be reached within an hour's walk. It is also a fantastic region for cycling, hiking, kayaking, horse riding, bird watching and geology.

A place to relax, especially for families, even with a dog. Children can play in the garden, swing, jump trampoline, climb tree up. Campfire pit in the garden. A unique glass cultivation for any weather. Quaint feeling of living in the larch wood. Fire in the fireplace makes the dining table cozy. There are forests and small lakes around the demarcated grounds. Not far from the Iser and Giant Mountains for hiking, biking and skiing, as well as a reservoir and old Prussian noble castles.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.
