Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

20 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from the mountains, 53 m2 very cosy rental, completely renovated, very quiet and secluded. you can have breakfast on the shaded terrace in the morning. the accommodation has air conditioning, a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso and of course television South facing terrace and garden. Pretty independent studio of 18m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair), there is a sofa bed whose mattress is of very good quality. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountain. Bed and bath linen are provided.
