The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). Welcome to winter at Chalet 307 at Turracher Höhe🏔️⛷️❄️. We are located in the center of Turracher Höhe. A cozy 2-bedroom chalet for up to 5 in Austria’s fairytale destination. Just a short walk (5 minutes) and you can enter the slopes. The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Our doors are open for you, all year round.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is within 2 minutes. Ski tours or snowshoeing along the snowy ski slopes or in the woods are also welcome.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
