This is a fully DIY sauna, developed entirely by JP from design to production, featuring a unique shape that allows heat to circulate naturally.Enjoy a sauna experience you can only have here, surrounded by the gentle warmth of a wood-burning stove. Inside, there is also an irori (traditional hearth) characteristic of a traditional kominka house. You can experience traditional Japanese living, whether it’s enjoying a hotpot around the irori (traditional hearth) or grilling skewers. *Please bring your own ingredients and cooking utensils, such as skewers. The inn is located in a quiet hamlet called Kobusa, nestled in the mountains of Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.
