It is conveniently located 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot to the beach (Shirako Coast), and 1 minute on foot to a convenience store, making it popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. There is one shared door between our house and yours, but it is always locked to prevent people from going between the houses.
