Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Minamitsuru District

It was a beautiful place to stay in and we also had our own Parking lot. I was very happy when we got a book and a map of different activities and placed to eat.. helpfull and was always ready if you need something. i would recommend this place and u even got free bikes there so get that bike and drive around the town

Must go option, waking up with Mt Fuji view and extremely quiet area.

Dai's father, Eiji was very kind to us. We came here unlucky, Fuji was on heavy rain all day, yet Eiji-san comfort us and tell us that tomorrow will be sunny and we should go biking from 6AM (in which the best decision we ever made) Dai's place is very cozy, you can see Fuji-san directly from your room. As if you are in a expensive cafe. The pickup service from Kawaguchiko to the apartment make us feels like VIP. Definetely will come back 10/10

Great traditional japanese inn, the room was clean, they provide everyday fresh towels, the stuff was helpfull. It's located not far from the Kawaguchiko train station, but still with big luggages it can be a bit hard to go as curbside is not made for this. You can rent a bike at hotel for a day with a great deal. Totally recommend to stay here:)

I had a lovely night at this Airbnb near Kawaguchiko station. The highlight of the stay was the warm hospitality—Mr. Aji, the host’s father, personally welcomed us at Kawaguchiko Station and kindly dropped us off the next morning after check-out. He was incredibly friendly and provided detailed check-in instructions, along with great local recommendations for places to visit. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special bonus was the beautiful back view of Mount Fuji—absolutely breathtaking! The Airbnb also offers free bicycles and e-bikes for a small fee, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Mt Fuji

Fumio is an excellent host, very kind and made us feel right at home. The house is a typical Japanese house, spacious, well equipped and eco-friendly. Ideal location for visiting the surroundings of Mount Fuji.

Kim was super friendly. Her place was great - my 2.5 year old really enjoyed the place and was upset we had to leave. The onsen and sauna was great as well. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was very yummy as well. Overall a great stay at fuji area.

Miya House is an excellent choice for large families. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it offers a peaceful environment that’s perfect for relaxation. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Highly recommended for any family looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very homey and cute! Accurate as per photos. Was comfortable and clean. We drove in and the road was very narrow! so wouldn’t recommend a large car! Woke up to Mt Fuji view, was lovely. Could hear the neighbours upstairs walkin around but they were not disruptive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very roomy & the sauna was a perfect place to relax. Clear view of Mt Fuji right outside the door and the peaceful sounds of the flowing brook were wonderful. Everyone loved the location. I will be booking again in the future!

My family of six had a beautiful stay! We arrived late in the evening & only stayed for one night. My regret is that I wished we stayed longer! We had an immaculate view of Mt Fuji from the balcony, windows, and viewing deck - my whole family enjoyed it. Convenience stores were close by and only a 5-min drive to Oishi Park. Check in was easy and seamless! The rooms were cosy and had everything we needed. Thank you - will definitely stay again!

Great host and lovely place to stay in Kawaguchiko, highly recommend for those travel with group of friends

Traveling as a family of 4 from the USA, kids ages 4 and 8. After 2 weeks in the major urban centers, this retreat was a welcome respite. We all needed some space from each other, and some calm surroundings. We daytripped into Kawaguchiko one day and did a local hike another day. We fully enjoyed the amenities of the Cocon, like the sauna and outdoor hot tub. Would highly recommend! Note, we planned to rely on local transportation, but the busses were infrequent and taxis unavailable so we walked a LOT. We were all fully capable, but you might want a car if your party struggles to walk.

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Easily one of the best places I've stayed at in Japan. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the condo that we stayed in was so unnecessarily spacious it felt like luxury.

We stayed with Yoko for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is incredibly large and everything you need was there. The beds are very cozy and Yoko took good care of us, she even cooked something extra for us. We will definitely be happy to come back!

I liked that the place was so quiet. Still, it was convenient because it was a tourist destination just a 10-minute walk away!
