Monthly Rentals in Mindarie

Beautiful little spot perched on top of a hill with a wonderful view and we were spout with a beautiful sunset and sunrise. The place was absolutely spotless and wonderfully decorated and had all your essentials. Quiet, peaceful and perfect for a couple to relax or a solo person looking for a private spot. Although we didn’t need anything from rossalina she was very friendly and quick with her response. Beach and local places all with in a close distance. Will look to spend a bit of time here to get away from the city, highly recommend.

It was a great stay and everything was as expected and as explained before.

Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave
