Apartment located in a converted stone house in the heart of the Drôme Valley, in a quiet place. South-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining. WARNING: no garden and no access to the swimming pool. Self-contained entrance. Portable air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans. The Drôme River is 800 meters away. Hiking trails start from the hamlet, and there's a cycling route along the river.

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Independent accommodation of 50 m2, surrounded by nature. South-facing, with views of the forest, Vercors and Piégros Castle. You have a large terrace, an outdoor kitchen, and a garden to enjoy the outdoors. The accommodation is ideally located for starting walks and hikes. The Drôme River is a 5-minute drive away, to enjoy many swimming spots in summer. Our small village, Piégros-la-Clastre is 2 km away, where you can enjoy the bar/restaurant.

Charming 40m² holiday home located in the village of Aouste-Sur-Sye, in the Drôme. Refurbished in 2023, it is fully equipped for your utmost comfort. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Enjoy the outdoors with the sheltered terrace and outdoor kitchen with sink, where you can enjoy your meals. Your pets are welcome.

Ideal hikes with friends or family , ( Vercors , 3 Becs , Saou forest) Character house in stone , large quiet lot 3 double bedrooms as well as a convertible sofa for a maximum capacity of 8 beds 2 WC , 1 Bathroom , Kitchen , Dining Room & Lounge All amenities are provided (duvets, sheets, etc.). We do not provide towels. The park of our 2 donkeys is next to the cottage.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
