Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

In the ramparts of the millenary citadel of Mirabel, this village house has just been renovated. Stone walls, basalt and sandstone, lime plaster, wood, solid oak flooring, history is preserved.
