Green Hills Monferrato is a home in the hills of Piedmont designed to be truly lived in, both inside and out. Large, fenced-off private garden with areas shaded by olive trees and open, sunny spaces, a patio for al fresco dining, and an outdoor seating area surrounded by greenery. The house stays cool even in summer thanks to the thick walls. The interiors are finished with high-quality materials – marble, granite and natural wood – and carefully selected furnishings to provide comfort, relaxation and privacy.

No18@Sanico, a recently completed barn conversion, was finished in January 2021. Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of the Monferrato Countryside, it offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains . The property provides ample parking for three cars and a spacious, secure garden. It also features a panoramic swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and relaxing zones. What truly sets No18 apart is the ever-changing landscape, the serene and tranquil ambiance, and the stunning views.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Casa Malrotti - 18th Century house salt water pool

Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it's an ideal spot. Kick back and relax in thiscalm, stylish space.

La Corte di Lu is a beautiful country house, surrounded by the hills and woods of Asti. We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas. It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.

The Good Life

Totally green and eco-sustainable house with breathtaking views of the Monferrato hills. Garden with space for outdoor lunches and dinners and a heated salt water hydromassage tub to enjoy a completely relaxing experience (free from 1 Apr to 30 Sept). Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est toll booth. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

Cascina Buffetto Miravalle. House with pool.

The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.
