Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separate

The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the bedroom. In winter, we heat with air conditioning and that's enough. 2.2 m beds (with slats) are together - separately, according to the wishes of the guests. There is a modern kitchen, coffee and tea. There is a shop next to the house. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests looking for rest or peace of mind to work. It is completely unsuitable for parties, nightlife, etc. noisy activities. Do not disturb the neighbors in the evening, they have small children and they get up in the morning to go to work.

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
