Self-contained 120m² flat with a large wood-burning stove on the 1st floor of a farmhouse over 100 years old, located outside the village of Rosenwinkel in the municipality of Heiligengrabe. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Our half of a former four-sided farmhouse comprises half a residential building and another building, as well as a 6000 sqm, unfenced garden to the east, south and west. Nice neighbors in the north. All around are meadows, fields and forests with a wide view. You can walk all over, for example to the castle ruins in Horst, to the Blutstein near Wutike or to the lookout tower in Blumenthal. Lake Bork can be reached quickly by car, as can the Insl restaurant (burgers!) in Kyritz.

We ensure this with a rich service offer. The cottage is located in Ludorf, in a quiet village on the outskirts of Röbel Müritz. Even in cooler temperatures, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

The Villa Seeblick holiday home is located in Rheinsberg and offers beautiful lake views. The property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, as well as beach and pool towels. A private fitness room with exercise equipment is also available.

The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, range hood) and the bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
