Kitchenette équipée d'un frigo, de plaques de cuisson gaz, d'un micro-ondes, de vaisselle (pas de four), d'un lave-linge. TV. Fibre. Salle d'eau attenante. Accès au studio indépendant, par le garage (mes 2 chats ont accès au garage mais pas au studio). Je précise que c'est bien un garage et non une salle d'attente, où je stocke pellets, vélos, outils, cartons. Place de parking gratuite dans la cour. Non fumeur.
