Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

You're just a 30-minute leisurely stroll away from the picturesque Riverfront & the vibrant heart of downtown Missoula, where an array of dining, shopping & entertainment options await. The beautiful Pattee Canyon hiking and biking trails are merely a 5-minute drive away. Not suitable for families with young toddlers.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Given the nature of most basement apartments there is a living unit above that has recently been added to Airbnb as well.
