The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, electric pot, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes, and other necessities. There is a laundry room and a large drying space on the 2nd floor veranda. The bathroom has large windows and high ceilings, making it a pleasant space.
