Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. The apartment is located in the quiet surroundings of the village of Modrej with a beautiful view of Lake Most na Soči. Visitors can enjoy walks along the lake, have the opportunity to fish, paddleboard and other activities on the lake. Numerous water sports are possible on the Soča River and its tributaries. On the lake, you can take a ride on the Lucija boat, see the excavations at the Most na Soči, and take a ride on the museum train. The Cerkno and Kanin ski resorts are also nearby. Hikers can choose from easier and more challenging tours.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

We renovated the old mill in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.
