Located on the border line between the ancient village and Piazza Leone XIII, "La Petunia Blu" in Via Settembrini 1 in Adelfia (Ba) is spread over two levels: the first has a living room with a double sofa bed, wall equipped with 50" LCD TV, WiFi, kitchenette with kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, washing machine, bathroom and balcony; on the second, an air-conditioned double bedroom, with 28" LCD TV and bathroom with terrace equipped with breathtaking views of the square.

The Fisherman's Cottage

This house is on the ground floor in the historic center of Mola di Bari. It was renovated in 2015 by recovering two rooms used in the past as a storage for the fishing nets of one of the most famous fishermen in the area: my father. It has two entrances: a main one on Via Duomo 19 and a secondary one. It is close to restaurants, the sea, pharmacies, bars and nightlife. It is in the heart of the historic center, very close to the city's main street. It is a historic building, developed on 3 levels with a room per floor connected by stairs, with historic furnishings, large kitchen, two double bedrooms and terrace with outdoor shower and an enchanting view. It overlooks one of the most magical squares in the city, quiet and elegant, with balconies. The stairs have handrails, but we do not recommend the place for people with limited mobility.
