This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) and guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage and back yard that includes free firewood. Private entry gives access to over 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a semi-four seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf and many more locations. We're happy to answer any questions you have!

If motor boat is more your preference there are large lakes within a minutes driving distance, So enjoy the day on the motorboat and come home to the quiet. Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a full size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size wash machine (no dryer). We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.
