It is located on the grounds of Fazenda dos Martins, Brumadinho, MG. The house overlooks the mountains and has a large garden. Hopefully guests can watch riders and oxcarts passing on the road. It's a great place for those who like to cycle! The house is very rustic. It was an old corral that was adapted to the house.

There are 2 single bedrooms (bedroom 1 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bedroom 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom. Living room with sofa, 2 single beds and 1 double bed, 2 inflatable double mattresses. Beds for 12 guests. Gourmet space, barbecue, wood stove, toilet, shower and 2 sinks and swimming pool. Pet fee/R$30.
