Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. You will probably come across our 2 cats and occasionally you might hear our little dog. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Train station 15 min

Our cottage, "Les Mouettes qui Caquétent" (The Cackling Seagulls), is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the forest, near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. The accommodation is situated in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. The cottage is ideally suited for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. You'll find a cozy and very peaceful retreat. The cottage is well-insulated for optimal thermal comfort in the summer.
