Our bedrooms are spacious, with a light interior, high cabinets with plenty of space, and wonderful beds. From the balcony, you have a view over a beautiful landscape. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, bidet, and toilet. At the pool, there are sun loungers and a large lounge corner with a thatched roof, refrigerator, and WiFi. We will do everything we can to make our guests feel comfortable, with information about what to do in the area, Sardinian traditional festivals, beaches, and archaeological sites.

Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

Apartment surrounded by the countryside, but within walking distance of the village, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and flowers, at the entrance it has a magnificent shaded veranda. In the garden there is a pond with koi carp. It is 15 minutes from Oristano, 40 from the beaches of Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, S. Giovanni di Sinis, Tharros, 20 from the Costa Verde: Pistis, Torre dei Corsari, 45 min. from Cagliari Elmas airport (nearest airport).

The dining room and a bedroom are air-conditioned. Masua Beach and Portu Cauli are approx. 5min away.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
