Holiday rentals with lake access in Mohave Valley

Plenty of room to park two boats (behind locking gate) and two trucks. Driveway is quite steep. Convenient location if launching from Katherine’s. Lots of instructions and notes throughout the home. Sliding glass door alarm took a bit of getting used to and remembering to bypass, but understood why it was there. Good layout and plenty of room for 6 guests. Quiet, good neighborhood. The allotment of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom was not enough for our group-be prepared to supplement if staying for more than 3 or 4 days. Overall was a great home.

Great host! Responded very quickly for a last minute, same day request! House was very roomy and spotless clean. Gave clear insurances on the pool as well. I will be booking again when I visit Arizona again!

Our stay was great! Location is perfect and central to everything we needed. The home is beautifully clean and stocked. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's house on the Colorado River. The house is large, with a large kitchen/dining/great room area and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs is essentially a very large master bedroom suite with an extra bedroom with a bunk bed. That suite worked well for the couple with 7- and 1.5-year old kids. The kids had a great time with the games and puzzles in the great room, but the real fun for them was the small beach and dock on the river, with adult supervision of course. The adults enjoyed the riverfront beach and dock as well. There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed. This home would be a perfect spot for a family to rent some jet skis or a small boat to moor at the dock on the river (you can't launch at this location, but can nearby), and then enjoy the river from comfort of the house.

Loved the house, it was everything and more! Super cute for pictures, also amazing vacation home when you want to get away from the city and just need peace and quiet. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Lovely home will be back soon again!!

Second time staying at Marji’s home was even better experience than the first time! Place looked amazing, kids picked out their room right away, knew where everything was at. Marji was left us clear instructions from get go just like fist time,. We were minutes from park for soccer tournament, so never felt being in a rush since we were so close. Also it’s very safe since the home is located in a gated community, would definitely continue to stay at Marji’s anytime we’re in Laughlin or Bullhead City! Definitely recommend her place!!

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

Overall, this was a fabulous place to stay, our favorite so far. The house, the amenities, the VIEW, everything. Specifically, the WIFI is very good and very strong, the TV's have every streaming service you could ever want, the kitchen is fully stocked, we didn't find one thing that I wished she had and I cooked dinner there every night, she has a working ice maker so plenty of ice. And, most of all, it was so very relaxing.

Great place to stay and walk up to the river from there! Plenty of space to rest and wine down from the river activities. Clean and well maintained.

We loved this place! It’s neat and very clean and super easy to access the River! We love coming here because the owners of this place are very attentive and nice and make it feel like home! Definitely worth coming here!

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

It was a nice place and easy to find. The water front area is really nice.

Stephanie was by far the BEST host I’ve ever encountered when booking an airbnb! We had a large group & rented multiple units during our trip. Stephanie went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & amazing! She was very quick to respond & so proactive! Whether it was a need for extra toilet paper, or having someone come out to fix the wifi. She did it all! Thank you so much Stephanie! — The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen in Laughlin. The beach is sandy & so spacious! (Even for our group of 40+). The dock was perfect for hanging out & securing our jet-skis. There are also multiple picnic tables, grills & fire pits surrounded by palm trees. We truly felt like we were in our own little secret paradise. Our group rented out 9 units for their families, everyone agreed that the rooms were clean, spacious & made us all feel right at home. Looking forward to many more years visiting! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!
