Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moieciu

Iulian is a thoughtful and responsible host. He sent info with pictures and made it easy for us to find the property. He works in great partnership with his mother who lives on the property (same building but separate quarters and entrance). She was so gracious, receiving us with a smile at almost midnight! She was happy to share her olive oil with us and her hairdryer. Even brought over freshly made coffee for those who desired it. It was like we were staying with family. :) As for the property, it was perfect for our group: 1 couple and 2 families with kids ages 6-18. A rustic style mini-lodge in the countryside. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for all. The snow added to the outdoor fun! Located just 4 minutes drive to the main town of Bran where there are shops and restaurants and, of course the Bran castle. And we adults were very impressed with the availability of hot showers for all of us! We are so grateful to you, Iulian, and your mother for hosting us!

We loved our stay here. It was a close drive to Bran, but was private. The place was perfect for a big group! Very clean and Marios was quickly responsive.

Casa este perfecta pentru o familie cu copii mici si peisajul este superb.

Casa calda e accogliente come pensi di trovare in quelle zone. Se siete lì per il castello è un punto perfetto e accanto c'è tutto quello che vi serve per passare un fine settimana tranquillo. La casa è calda, pulita e con un bel parcheggio davanti,. Ale è un host attento e disponibile, ottime le tisane a disposizione. Ci torneremmo volentieri. Lo raccomando

Magda a fost o gazda excelentă, a fost super receptivă și ne-a răspuns de fiecare dată intr-un mod prietenos, lucru care ne-a făcut șederea și mai plăcută. De asemenea, am primit înțelegere din partea dumneaei și ne-a permis sa facem atât checkin-ul, cât și checkout-ul mai devreme de orele stabilite. Locația este foarte frumoasă,intimă, poți uita de probleme și unde te poți relaxa. Ne-am bucurat maxim de camera de jocuri de la subsol:)) Singurul aspect care ar putea fi îmbunătățit este legat de curățenie – băile au fost igienizate corespunzător, însă în rest, curățenia a fost mai superficială, cu praf și unele colțuri neglijate. Ținând cont că în prețul final a fost inclusă și o taxă de curățenie, ne-am fi așteptat la un nivel de curățenie mai ridicat. Cu toate acestea, ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță ne dorim să revenim! Vă mulțumim!🤗

The place is wonderful. Every room has a bathroom inside and balcony. It s amazing. It is clean, the host and co host are very friendly and fast responsive. Everything was great ! We hope to return as soon as possible and we have saved this listing as our favorite place for when we want to visit Bran again. 100% recommended

This tiny home is a perfect place for a quiet and relaxing weekend, I really recommend it. Andrei was a great host, super responsive and gave us a lot of useful recommendations. We loved the view from the terrace and would like to come back here in the summer.

Cazare foarte frumoasa si linistita, cu camere mari si luminoase, privelisti spre munti, utilata cu tot necesarul unui sejur odihnitor. Laura a fost foarte receptiva la nevoile noastre. Mediul ambiant placut atat in interior cat si in exterior. Paturi foarte comode, asternuturi placute, bai mari, acces usor in curte. Curte mare, scari interioare comode, temperatura in casa placuta, living mare si foarte comod ideal si pt familiile cu copii. Recomand cazarea Laurei, ne-am simtit foarte bine aici.

Lovely flat, very welcoming and very clean. Large rooms, nice shower. Lovely view from the balcony. Nice and quiet.

I could not rate this place high enough. The apartment is beautiful and extremely clean. The views from out the back are incredible. The host was very helpful and very nice. Thank you for a beautiful weekend

The best part is the spectacular view from the terrace, and the little garden. The mountains are fully visible and there is a small river passing nearby. The place is easily reachable from the train station. We felt comfortable, with all the necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. Several touristic attractions are within walking distance and several hiking paths are just 20-40 minutes away.

Am avut o experiență minunată în apartamentul închiriat din Poiana Brașov. Apartamentul a fost extrem de curat și frumos organizat, exact cum ne-am dorit. Am primit instrucțiuni clare și detaliate pentru a găsi parcarea și apartamentul, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte simplu și fără stres. Ne-am bucurat de momente plăcute la piscină, iar copiii s-au distrat de minune la locul de joacă. Totul a fost bine gândit pentru a ne oferi o ședere relaxantă și confortabilă. Recomand cu încredere acest loc pentru o vacanță reușită în Poiana Brașov!

One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. I true oasis in the mountains of Sinaia. Super easy to get there from the station - we took a 5min Bolt for less than €3. We walked into town a few times & to Peles castle easily (about 15mins). House is really well set up to cook & relax there and the view is just spectacular.

Great apartment, but finding the parking spot turned into quite the hassle. We followed the host’s pictures and instructions to the parking spot but sent her a photo to double check we were in the right spot and she said no. We then spent the next 30 min with her repeatedly telling me we weren’t parked in the right spot in the photo even though all of her instructions kept sending me right there. Finally we were able to video call and I had her walk me to the spot and it was the spot we parked in originally that she insisted was incorrect 😅🤦‍♀️ not the end of the world but definitely not something you want to spend 30min doing at the end of a long day. But it’s great that it’s a reserved spot and not street parking :) Otherwise the apartment is lovely. The elevator was tight with two people and four suitcases but totally doable :) it’s located about 15-20 min to central Braşov.

O locație de vis, perfectă pentru o vacanță relaxantă! Cazarea este spațioasă, curată și decorată cu gust, iar priveliștea este absolut spectaculoasă. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și primitoare, oferindu-ne o experiență memorabila. Recomand cu drag oricui își dorește o combinație între confort si liniste.

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

The apartment is new and it was very clean. We felt at home here and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Raul was very kind and he picked us up from the train. I would like to come again here, just to rest, go for a walk and see the surroundings. And the price is very very good taking into account the perfect conditions. Thank you again!🙏🏻

Comunicare excelenta. Locatia foarte ok, aproape de partie. Cazarea in sine a fost spatioasa, bine dotata si curata.

Cazarea e foarte aproape de pârtiile de ski, ceea ce ne a interesat in mod special. În apartament am avut tot confortul dorit, spatiu, lumina, priveliste. Gazda a fost gata sa ne contacteze in cel mai scurt timp cand am avut neclaritati. Recomand!

Квартира чудова, дуже світла і чиста. Повністю відповідає фото . В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання, багато посуду , рушників, постіль . Величезна тераса з неймовірним видом. Район просто чудовий , тихий . Під будинком є великий майданчик для діток. Великий бонус - наявність паркінгу і комори. Господар дуже привітний. З радістю повернемось ! Всім рекомендуємо ))

Great studio close to the Slopes in Poiana Brașov! We've really enjoyed staying at Andrei's place and would come back anytime. The place was very clean and the fact that there's a washer-dryer was a life saver, especially after a full day of snowboarding! The only small inconvenience was the fact that the parking is not allocated, as it's on street parking, and if you arrive late it might take a few minutes to find a space. However, there's quite a few zones highlighted in the instructions, which ensures you will find a space, even if you might need to spend some time to find it.

Foarte frumos si curat apartamentul. Locatie linistita si accesibila. Confortabil si spatios.

Anca’s place was exactly what we needed for our stay, close to our points of interest yet private, with a nice backyard our dog enjoyed sniffing around ❤️ we’ll definitely come back!
