In this unique and peaceful place, it's easy to relax and let go of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The bedroom has a beautiful panoramic view. In the summer kitchen, you can cook either on an open fire or on a gas grill. The summer kitchen and the cottage kitchen complement each other perfectly. The fun mobile sauna heats up with wood and offers gentle steam baths and a place to wash with lake water. The large lake terrace is most likely the most beautiful living room where you have watched nature shows.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Welcome to relax in our courtyard sauna, on the shore of the lake! Although the small, stylish sauna house is part of our inhabited yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful views here. The property is also great for telecommuting! The beach in Lahti is shallow and well suited for children. A rowboat and a SUP board are available. Bring your own linen and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.

Kalliomaja on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

Vanhoista savusaunan hirsistä tehty autenttinen ja erähenkinen pikku pirtti (25m2) kirkasvetisen ja kalaisan järven rannalla. Ei sähköjä, kantovesi. Rinnetontti, jossa kalliota. Rannassa pieni musta hirsisauna, avolaavu, tulistelupaikka, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Luonnon rauhassa, mutta silti vain 5 kilometrin päässä Juankosken keskustan palveluista. Neljä petipaikkaa.
