Welcome to La Perla! Our apartment is located in Mokošica, just 11 km from the City Center-Old Town of Dubrovnik and 27 km from the airport. The bus station is just 1 minute from the apartment, with buses running every 25 minutes to Dubrovnik and the popular Banje Beach near city center! We offer free private parking for guests arriving by car. You'll also find a restaurant, ATM, supermarket, café, and bakery nearby. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
