The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Centralt boende med ca 3 km från Örnsköldsviks centrum Hyr du denna lägenhet så får du tillgång till det mesta för att bara bo. Vi är 2 vuxna och 3 barn som bor här i huset. Lägenheten har så klart en egen ingång på nedre delen av huset. Parkering för 1 bil Wifi Tv/apple tv Kök med alla tillbehör Kyl/frys Ugn Induktionshäll Torktumlare/tvättmaskin Säkert något jag glömt men fråga bara. Mvh, Simon Vi har bytt ut en hel del nya möbler i alla rum frånsett från bilderna.

Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

Relax in this peaceful and cozy accommodation by the lake. The cottage is suitable for two adults and 1-2 children who can sleep in the loft. Access to swimming, dock, row boat and BBQ. Boat with electric motor, sauna and hot tub can be used by agreement and at a separate cost. 9 km to Örnsköldsvik city center, 4 km to grocery store, pizzeria, flea market, etc.
