The apartment can be reached by train, bus and car (10 minutes on foot from the station, 5 minutes from the bus stops). Free parking is available nearby, and a 5-minute walk away there is a paid indoor parking lot. The house is 300 meters from the hospital in Moncalieri. It is perfect for taking walks in the hills and discovering villages and wineries in the Langhe and Roero.

La Perla

La Perla is a charming two-room apartment on the fourth floor of a quiet building with a lift. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished with care. The building where the apartment is located is in the heart of the Lingotto/Nizza Millefonti district, just 200 metres from the CTO-Traumatology Centre. The house is also very close to the rest of the Hospital Center of the City of Health and Science of Turin (Ostetrica S. Anna, Regina Margherita, Dermatologico S. Lazzaro, Molinette).
