Mauro's recently renovated house is located in the historic center of Moncalieri and offers comfort and proximity to Turin. The apartment can be reached by train, bus and car (10 minutes on foot from the station, 5 minutes from the bus stops). Free parking is available nearby, and a 5-minute walk away there is a paid indoor parking lot. The house is 300 meters from the hospital in Moncalieri. It is perfect for taking walks in the hills and discovering villages and wineries in the Langhe and Roero.

Si affaccia su un meraviglioso giardino di cui gli ospiti godono in modo esclusivo. Vicino al Parco del Valentino, al Polo ospedaliero (Molinette, S.Anna, CTO) ed al Lingotto. Comodo per i mezzi pubblici ed il Centro Città. Con una passeggiata lungo le rive del Po si può arrivare anche a piedi in piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello e piazza Vittorio.

The accommodation is very bright and airy with an open view. There are 2 livable terraces, with views of the Alps and views of Moncalieri Castle. Recently renovated, it consists of two large bedrooms, with two very comfortable double beds. The accommodation is equipped with all the amenities. We are a 6-minute walk from the Moncalieri train station, to reach Turin comfortably in 10 minutes. Moncalieri is also connected by a direct train to Caselle airport, which takes 46 minutes.
