Our single-storey accommodation is in a great location, on a cul-de-sac without traffic noise. Located in a quiet, green residential area, ideal for relaxing and forgetting all the day's worries, close to all the necessary amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, bank, etc. Those who enjoy walking and cycling will be able to make the most of the Doubs Valley Cycle Route. Besançon city centre is about a ten-minute drive away. Private parking right outside the accommodation.

Two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with a bed each for two people. The second bedroom is accessible by a spiral staircase. Walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed. Places to see: Vauban citadel of Besançon, Haut-Doubs, Switzerland (100 km)...
