Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. The tiny home has a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower and composting toilet, kitchen, sitting area, and deck. You'll be surrounded by organic vegetable fields, 11 acres of woods, walking trails--and within perfect view of both the sunrise and sunset. You'll also have easy access to our farm store where you'll find fresh fruits & veggies, homemade soups & salads and so much more.

This charming 3 bedroom home is only 20 minutes away from Indiana Beach and the lake, 10 minutes away from Acorn Oaks RV Park (Free day pass included w/rental) and walking distance to downtown Francesville. The main bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with queen beds while the third bedroom holds two twin beds. The breathtaking outdoor space includes deck seating, a BBQ and fire pit to enjoy s’more’s with the family. The home is also equipped with laundry area for your convenience.

Lake Shafer 3 bedroom 2 bath lakefront house

Relax in our 3 bed 2 bath lakefront cottage in the heart of Lake Shafer. Enjoy several outdoor seating/eating areas and the party deck that overlooks the lake. Come nightfall, throw some logs into the fire pit and enjoy the lights and sounds of lake life! 2 kayaks with life vests included. Cottage is walking distance to Indiana Beach, Tippecanoe Country Club golf course-a Pete Dye course, putt putt, arcade, basketball courts, and go carts. Sorry but no pets allowed.

As you enter thru the French doors you will be greeted by an open concept room decorated with a barn/industrial motif. Knotty pine car-siding and galvanized steel, wood floors along with a reclining leather couch and love seat fill the room A full kitchen with granite counter tops await you. The Grand Pause Farm invites you to stay at our barn, overlooking 40 acres of a stress free environment, complete with ponds, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets . You will be in the country, and our cozy, quiet cabin can be enjoyed by the whole family. You can visit local parks and shopping at area stores. Due to COVID-19 we have blocked weekdays. If you want weekdays send a request and we will let you know if they are available.
